He has led public, private, and institutional projects, coordinated closely with engineers, contractors, city officials, and owners, and served as a trusted advocate for clients navigating technical, regulatory, and budgetary challenges.

Having spent over a decade with a respected architectural firm in Ogden, Utah, Chad developed a reputation for meticulous detailing, investigative design, and calm leadership under pressure.
